Data Deletion Policy

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by sending an email to bibekdigital@bibekroy.in with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

You may request deletion of:

• Contact form submissions
• Name, email address, and phone number shared through the website
• Business details shared for inquiry or consultation purposes
• Any stored communication records, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business/accounting purposes

If you are a client, your Google Ads campaign data remains your property. Upon termination of service, I will remove my access from your account when requested. I do not claim ownership of your ad account or campaign data.

Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days.

Certain information may be retained where legally required, necessary for billing records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or compliance obligations.

To protect your information, I may request identity verification before processing any deletion request.
