Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to service fees paid for Google Ads management or consulting services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

New clients are eligible for a full refund of service fees within the first 15 days of service if they are not satisfied. This applies only to management/service fees and does not include ad spend paid directly to Google.

The following are non-refundable:

• Google Ads ad spend
• Third-party tool costs
• Landing page or creative work already delivered
• Any custom work completed and approved

To request a refund, the client must email bibekdigital@bibekroy.in within the eligible refund period with the reason for the request and relevant service details.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

Refund requests may be denied in cases of service misuse, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or where substantial work has already been completed beyond the refund scope.
