Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to service fees paid for Google Ads consulting, audits, account setup, or management — not to ad spend paid to Google.

The 30–60 minute Strategy Call is free of charge. No fee is taken, so no refund applies.

The ₹1,499 Performance Audit is non-refundable once the written audit report has been delivered. If you hire me for any Monthly Management Plan within 30 days of receiving the audit, the full ₹1,499 fee is credited toward your first month's management fee (the audit becomes effectively free). The Audit Credit applies only to Monthly Management Plans — not to the one-time Account Setup.

The ₹2,999 Account Setup is non-refundable once setup work has begun (campaigns built, tracking implemented, billing configured). If you cancel before work begins, a full refund is issued.

Monthly Management Plans (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract — you can cancel any time before the next billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has begun, that month is non-refundable.

The following are non-refundable:

• Google Ads ad spend
• Third-party tool costs
• Landing page or creative work already delivered
• Any custom work completed and approved

To request a refund, the client must email bibekdigital@bibekroy.in within the eligible refund period with the reason for the request and relevant service details.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

Refund requests may be denied in cases of service misuse, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or where substantial work has already been completed beyond the refund scope.
