Terms and Conditions

Bibek Roy ("I", "me") provides Google Ads consulting, the Free Strategy Call, a one-time Performance Audit, one-time Account Setup, and Monthly Management Plans (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise). By engaging any of these services you agree to these terms.

All fees are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated. One-time fees (Performance Audit ₹1,499, Account Setup ₹2,999) are payable in advance before work begins. Monthly Management Plans are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in pausing of active campaigns.

If a client purchases the ₹1,499 Performance Audit and signs up for any Monthly Management Plan (Starter, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise) within 30 days of audit delivery, the full ₹1,499 audit fee is credited toward the first month's management fee. The Audit Credit applies ONLY to Monthly Management Plans and does NOT apply to the one-time Account Setup. Refund requests must be made in writing via email to bibekdigital@bibekroy.in.

Ad spend is paid directly to Google by the client. I do not collect or manage ad spend funds. My fees are solely for campaign management and optimization services.

While I strive for maximum ROI, I cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, or conversion numbers. Performance depends on many factors including market conditions, budget, and landing page quality.

Clients must provide timely access to their Google Ads accounts, respond to queries within reasonable time, and ensure their landing pages comply with Google Ads policies.

Both parties agree to keep all business information, campaign data, and strategies confidential. Case studies are only published with client consent.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, the client retains full ownership of their Google Ads account and all campaign data.
